A technical exhibition will take place in the Main Hall of the CICG, in the break-out and refreshment area of the conference, close to the lecture rooms and the poster presentation hall. A floor map will appear here shortly.
The conference expects to attract upwards of 500 participants, with an exhibition space for between 10-30 exhibitors (approx., depending on the size and placement of stands).

We offer a standard exhibition space of 2m x 2m for a fixed price of 3,000 CHF. This is inclusive of conference tickets for two people. Additional registrations can be purchased at 250 CHF each.
If you would like a larger exhibition area, please contact us to discuss your requirements. Unfortunately, stand areas smaller than 4m2 are not available.
All exhibition participants need have registered for the conference.

Booths will be mounted on February 10 from 09:00, and dismounted on February 14, from 14:00.

Each 4m2 exhibition stand will include the following equipment:
1 x trestle table
2 x chairs
Power supply
All other stand exhibits and infrastructure will need to be provided and assembled by exhibitors themselves. The exhibition area is carpeted throughout, so floor coverings/materials will not be necessary. It is strictly forbidden to stick up/glue any kind of billposting on walls/surface of the CICG.
Please note that the CICG does not own any room to store exhibition materials.

If you require any AV equipment (screens, projectors, PCs for example), please contact us so that we are able to arrange this on your behalf. Hire of AV equipment is not covered in the cost of the exhibition stand and will need to be purchased separately form the CICG conference venue.
Wi-Fi – wireless internet access is available in the conference venue free of charge.

Litter bins will be available within and adjacent to the exhibition area for general refuse. Catering staff will also clear lunch and refreshments stations after meals and breaks. Individual exhibition stand cleaning is not provided.
Please note that bulky waste/scrap (plastics, containers, boards) are to be removed by the exhibitor.
The CICG centre has 24hour video surveillance, however we recommend that you do not leave any valuable items unattended on your exhibition stand. Please take suitable precautions to protect your equipment and personal belongings. The conference organisers cannot be held responsible for any damaged or missing items.

Exhibitor passes will be available from the main reception desk on the opening morning of the event. Please go to the appropriate desk on arrival.
The conference venue is served by good public transport services. The CICG is situated only 5km away from the international airport and 2km from the Cornavin main railway station, in central Geneva.
On-stand catering is not provided.
