All fees are in Swiss Francs. The registration fee covers access to the conference, a copy of the final programme and conference proceedings, coffee breaks and lunches during the conference.

Fees transferred later than January 10, 2014 may not be credited to the conference account prior to the conference registration. In such a case you will have to provide the registration desk personnel with a copy of the transfer order as proof of payment.

On-site registration will be allowed until the maximum capacity of the conference room is reached.


Early registrants who also want to submit abstracts have the option of postponing the payment until they know whether their abstract is accepted or not. If this is the case, please keep the registration confirmation email in order to later access the online payment system.

Note: Abstract must be submitted before October 31, 2013.

Please proceed to the registration website.

Online payment with the major credit cards is available, as well as bank transfer. You are strongly encouraged to send a pdf copy of the transfer order to info-ictr-phe-2014@cern.ch to ease the tracking of your payment. It is mandatory to provide a copy of the transfer order as proof of payment to the registration desk at the conference.

Please note: To be able to make modifications to your abstract or registration, you will need to have created a CERN account before registering.

Once created, you will receive an email confirming registration. You can use the email address with which you registered along with your newly set password to log in on the registration website (login link on top right hand corner of page) and make modifications to abstracts until 31 October 2013.

 

Cancellation policy

Registration fees (minus an administrative charge of 80 CHF) will be refunded only if notification of cancellation reaches the Conference Secretariat before January 15, 2014. No refunds will be issued after this date and no-shows are not eligible for a refund. All refunds will be made within 3-4 weeks after the end of the conference.

If you register but cannot attend the conference, you can transfer your registration to another person within your organization. Please inform the organisers in this case.
